At Heys Luggage, we want you to travel with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused luggage in its original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and protective covers are intact to qualify for a refund.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receipt.
